Our students receive the following support:

Pedagogical: A pedagogical coordinator helps the students maximize their learning experience. He provides a welcome call to assess the student’s needs and objectives and will work with him periodically to ensure his progress and optimal objective attainment.

Student Services: We offer our students support 6 days a week from 9am to 10pm via chat, Skype, email & telephone. Our students can also send emails to their tutors through our learning platform as well.

Tutor Support: Our Smart Course learning platform is supported daily by experienced and certified English language tutors. The tutor is there to help the student navigate the learning process, providing exercise corrections & feedback as well as guidance for a better learning experience.

Online Live teacher: Choose your class and interact with our certified and experienced online live teachers. The online teacher is there to help the student improve their speaking and listening skills. It is the task of the teachers to motivate the student to test their oral skills.

Online chat: Access the tech support, pedagogical or commercial departments through our chat. In case of off-hours, the chat becomes an email platform as well.

Remote access: For students whose computer capabilities may be limited, we offer remote access support to ensure the correct performance of our platform and the best learning experience for the student.

What is the TOEIC test? : The TOEIC test (TEST OF ENGLISH FOR INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION™) measures proficiency in international business English at intermediate to advanced levels. With more than 4.5 million test takers per year, the TOEIC test is the global standard for measuring English proficiency in listening, reading, speaking and writing skills.

What is the difference between TOEIC and TOEFL tests?: The TOEIC and the TOEFL® tests were developed by ETS to serve different purposes. The TOEFL test was created for foreign students seeking admission to undergraduate and graduate programs in North America. The test is a measure of English used in academic settings. On the other hand, the TOEIC test certifies competence in workplace English. Organizations that document employees' English proficiency and individuals who want to demonstrate their ability to use English in the global workplace would find the TOEIC test more suitable to their needs.

How do companies use the TOEIC scores?: Companies use TOEIC scores as a criterion in their recruitment process, to identify candidates who fit the job profile in terms of language requirements. They also use the TOEIC test as a part of their language training programs to identify candidates who require language training, and then to monitor their progress.
