Imagine living in a city where …
… A citizen that visits the park may report a tree in bad
condition through an app, suggest a new playground or
keep up with the park’s events.
… A public agent may reroute the suggestion to the
Strategic Team to assess the viability via web, or channel
the complain to the service providers for them to solve it.
…The Communication Team may notify the citizens
and councilors about the issues’ resolution through the
web.
Picture Inspections services where…
… A public agent may assess the report via web and
notify the terrace’s owner in case of requiring a
rectification.
… A field inspector that needs to verify the
compliance of terrace bars’ regulations may locate
them with an app, evaluate their waste volume,
occupied space… and report any neighbor's complain
or regulation breach.
… The Communication Team may notify the affected
neighbors of the processing via web in case of
complains.
Envision a citizen-centric government where…
… A citizen that wants to open an organic store and café may
initiate the process to get a license via web and learn the
required documentation and assigned Customer Services
Centre.
… A public agent may review the case through a web
and contact the citizen in case of any missing license,
like the registration as a waste carrier, to indicate him
on where and how to apply. Once everything is in
order, he may reroute the case to the Business
Licenses Inspection Team and notify the Business
Development Department.
Optimize the public space management services …
… A public agent monitors in real-time the waste containers
levels and the garbage truck position with which the system
proposes how to optimize the trucks routes according to the
new conditions
… A truck driver receives the new optimized route
and reduces pick-up time and fuel consumption. All
this generates a better management of garbage
collection but also lower traffic and less pollution.
They must address emerging challenges and
align citizens’ concerns with public services
through transparency and government
responsiveness.
Cities are shifting to a new governance paradigm.

How we design our future mobility is how our future will look
“We see transportation being used as a tool to improve social outcomes”. There are places where there is a problem that
is not really about transportation, but where transportation can be a solution” Sophie Shulman, acting assistant secretary

Autonomous or nearly autonomous capacities are being developed for “Long

Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for safety and
better driving. This is the fastest-growing segment in
automotive electronics and has increased its capability step by
step on the way to offer autonomous vehicle capacity
