The citizens of Manteca are resilient people. Since 1861, they have worked and sacrificed to make our city a Family City where all families can enjoy a safe and brighter future for our children. That is why it is extremely important to remind ourselves that during these critical financial times we are living in we support one another and responsibly invest in our local economy. The tax dollars we spend in Manteca come right back to us; it is our city and our way to fund the genera- tions of Mantecans that will follow us. Phil Waterford’s Manteca Ford Mercury is one of our city’s highest tax payers and we owe it to you, whether you are buying a pre-owned auto- mobile, a high line exotic or one of our new Ford or Mercury vehicles. The dealership is committed to offering you the best expe- rience before, during and after the sale. Ford Motor Company is constantly striv- ing for perfection. “Our new Ford products are the most technologically advanced vehicles on the planet”, said Waterford. Many articles have been written about the dealer’s remark- able contributions, from its annual Christmas Eve Breakfast with Pastor Mike Dillman and The Place of Refuge Church that brought in hundreds upon hundreds of people into his North Main Street dealership to break bread, to his upcom- ing “John Walsh” Child Safety Event on the 13th of November. This event encompasses a new biomet- ric fingerprinting and DNA identification kit. This pro- gram is expensive, however, Phil Waterford’s Manteca Ford Mercury has decided to underwrite the cost of this program for our commu- nity. Approximately 2,100 missing-children reports are filed each day. If a child becomes missing, parents greatly increase their chance of quickly recovering their child if they immediately provide a FBI Certified Bio- metric 10 Digit Fingerprint profile, a DNA sample, a High Resolution Full Color Photograph , and Current Statistical Information. All of this will be provided free of charge to you and your family, compliments of Manteca Ford. The dealer- ship keeps no records on file. Breast Cancer Aware- ness, raising awareness to Alzheimer’s disease by “dancing with the Manteca stars”, Pumpkin Festival’s Fire Prevention week pro- viding batteries and smoke detectors to any families or seniors that were in need, to hosting a SBA Forum for local businesses and the Women’s Council of Real- tors are just a few examples of the commitment Phil Waterford’s Manteca Ford Mercury has with Manteca and its citizens. We strive to fulfill all our customers’ needs and are blessed when we hear back from our customers. Comments as little as “Great job Jacob!” from John D or from Vincent R who says “an enjoyable experience without all the pressure that is usually associated with car dealerships” or custom- ers from Tracy who say “Wow, Manteca Ford, what a refreshing alternative”, are what make Phil Waterford’s Manteca Ford Mercury one of the most stable and pro- ductive Ford dealership in the nation. We at Phil Waterford’s Manteca Ford Mercury acknowledge you, our buyer, our fellow Mantecan as the most impor- tant member of our team; we would not be here if it was not for you. The dealership offers a full service department, parts department, a QuickLane facility that is open for light repair and maintenance with no appointment necessary with Saturday service, a full body shop, a detail depart- ment and a low pressure and knowledgeable Ford certi- fied sales department. Man- teca Ford Mercury is Blue Oval Certified and our cus- tomer satisfaction exceeds the region and the nation in most categories. Waterford says, “the key to the success of this dealership is our staff. We have the best employees in the industry that are com- mitted to the One Team. One Plan. One Goal. Moved by the sacrifice of war veterans, Manteca Ford presented a 2010 Ford Fusion and a 2010 Mercury Milan to two Vietnam vet- erans that were in dire need of a vehicle. An individual of profound faith, Water- ford served as the keynote speaker at a packed house for the 44th annual Manteca Community Prayer break- fast.
