Reflections/Takeaways
Having a document file handy with a couple of versions of profile details helps for new platforms or refreshing profiles on existing ones.
It would be sensible to have a priority list of sites to ensure profile is kept up to date on those at least
Visiting own site, e.g. Stumbleupon, reminded me of the value of scheduled checking of sites, who is following, whom to follow back, etc
