School Preparation Academyspurpose is to enhance pre-laweducational opportunities andincrease the number of Texas

students who gain admission to

and excel in high-quality lawschools.

Since the Institutes creation,our students have securedacceptances to over 150

schools and have enrolled inlaw schools as prestigious as

Harvard and Georgetown.

What is SLSPA?

When do I

Phase I:(39 credit hours required)Students may apply as sophomores and

attend two courses during the 5 weeksthat coincide with UTSAs Summer Isemester. 6 credit hours are earned.

Phase II:(60 credit hours required)Students may apply as juniors andattend two courses during the 5 weeksthat coincide with UTSAs Summer IIsemester. 6 credit hours are earned.

Both phases can be completed in onesummer or spread over two.

What are the benefits?
