AS WITH MOST OF LAST YEAR THE $100,000-$200,000 PRICE RANGE MADE UP 40% OF THE MARKET AND AN ADDITIONAL 21% UNDER $100,000. WE HAVE OUR SECOND SALE OVER $1,000,000 FOR THE YEAR AND 2 SALES OVER $700,000. THE NUMBER OF UNITS SOLD WAS 127 COMPARED TO 116 IN 2011, WHICH SHOWS A 9% INCREASE. SOME OF THIS CAN BE EXPLAINED BY THE WONDERFUL WINTER WE HAVE EXPERIENCED VERSUS THE SNOWFILLED DAYS OF FEBRUARY 2011. CURRENTLY THERE ARE 923 LISTINGS ON THE MARKET. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED CONSISTENT GROWTH OVER 2011 AND I THINK THAT WE WILL SEE THAT SAME STEADY GROWTH FOR 2012.
