Phase 1

Days 1 – 2

Take the HCG according to the instructions on the bottle. Be sure to hold the HCGunder the tongue for at least 15 seconds, and then swallow. Do not eat or drinkanything for at least 15 minutes, before or after taking HCG!

Drink ½ to 1 gallon of water each day Gorge yourself, eat as much as your stomach can handle. Fatty, sugary, starchy

yummy foods. Be in a constant state of “STUFFED” for two days. Have midnight snacks if you can. This is very important.

Phase 2

Day 3 and onward

Every morning, after you urinate and have a bowel movement, weight yourself without clothes on. Keep a daily record of your weight.

Keep taking your HCG as directed on the bottle. Continue to drink ½ - 1 gallon of water each day. Be sure to take before and after pictures and measure yourself. You will be

impressed with the results. Follow the eating schedules and plan that follows.

Breakfast

Drink as much water, herbal tea or coffee as desired. Stay away from juices, regularteas, diet drinks, and even flavored water. You may chose to take your fruit intake atthis time.

Lunch and Dinner

Eat one serving of the following meats: 4 ounces of lean skinless chicken breast orbeef, deli sliced turkey, buffalo, veal, Chilean sea bass, Sole, Flounder, Halibut, Lobster,Albacore tuna or Shrimp. No other meats. It should be grilled, boiled or baked as muchfat should be removed as possible. Season your meat with lemon, white or blackpepper, sea salt, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, or any other herb.

One salad made of any or all of the following: Spinach, chard, beet greens, lettuce ofany kind, tomato’s, celery, fennel, any onion, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus andcabbage. No other vegetables. The salad should be as large as your hand stretchedout, fingers apart with your hand in cupping shape, as though you were holding a bowl.These vegetables can be raw, steamed, grilled without oil or gently boiled. Use onlyapple cider vinegar, pepper, a half a lemon or mustard for dressing.

Drink as much herbal tea or water as you desire.

NO OILS, BUTTER, DRESSINGS OF ANY KIND.

You can have 2 helpings of any of the following fruits per day: grapefruit, orange,handful of strawberries or a medium apple throughout the day or before or betweenmeals as a snack.

Phase 3

Diet Duration

You should be on the program at least 15 days in order to reset thehypothalamus gland no longer than 45 days. Take 4 weeks off from HCG eatinga normal amount of calories except for refined sugars and starches. When youare finished with this step, you can restart the HCG for another 3-6 weeks, if youdesire.

Ending the Diet

When you finish the HCG, stay on the 500 calorie diet for another 2 days as youwill still have HCG in your system working for you.

After those 2 days, you can go back to eating normal calories with the exceptionsof eating refined sugars or starches for 4 weeks.

Be aware. This is critical because this is when your body resets your metabolismand hypothalamus for your new body weight. You are supposed to stay within 2pounds either up or down of your last diet day. If you go above the 2 pounds youare supposed to do what is called a steak day. Eat nothing but a steak as big asyou want for dinner. The rest of the day you only drink water, the following dayyou should be back down under the 2 pound mark. If you go more than 2 poundsunder weight, eat a forth meal that day. (still, no sugars and starches)

Do’s and Don’ts

Exercise isn’t necessary for the diet to work, but going for a 30 minute daily walkcan help a little

No excessive exercising, you will get very hungry and fatigued. No over the counter meds, unless absolutely necessary. Do not skip a meal. If it’s not on this diet sheet, don’t eat, drink, or chew it. No sugars or starches of any kind. Do not take medications only if needed, i.e., Insulin, sugar, blood pressure

medicines, heart medicines, Tylenol, etc.

Hunger Pains

Mild hunger pains will vary from time to time from person to person and willusually last only for the first couple days of diet. Most will have no problem at all.

The HCG promotes the mobilization of fat into body fuel which keeps your bloodsugar stable throughout the day.

If you find yourself getting hungry at the same time every day, eat one of yourfruits about 30 minutes before the time you find yourself getting hungry each day.This should get rid of your hunger pains.

You aren’t losing weight or you feel constipated

Do your HCG as usual throughout the day, drink 1 gallon of water throughout theday and then eat 6 apples throughout the day. No other foods or drinks.

Remember only weigh yourself under the same circumstances as during yourdiet so if you are 2lbs. heavier at 5 in the afternoon, that’s okay. It is yourmorning weight, after you use the restroom, with no clothes that matters.

Digital Scale

Get a digital scale. You will need to weigh yourself every day. When weighingyourself, do it at the same time every day, also it should be under the samecircumstances each day. For example, naked, after using the restroom around8:00am

Makeup and lotions

It is recommended not to use lotions and makeup which has oil in it while you areon the HCG diet. If you can find makeup and lotions that are not oil based usethat. If you don’t want to go through the hassle, then don’t. Makeup and lotion willnot make or break your diet, it just helps.

Menstruation

Ladies, when you are menstruating, DO NOT STAY ON THE LOW CALORIEDIET. Continue to take the HCG so you don’t need to reload after your period,but eat healthy / normal. If you eat 500 calories a day you will feel like death iscoming for you. When your period starts, stop counting days, then when yourperiod ends start up counting as usual.

Doses

It is important to note that everyone has different tolerances to everything. Onaverage 3 doses a day is usually sufficient to start, but some find that after 2-3weeks they start getting hungry a little. At this time you may need to add a dosemore each day. Some people need up to 6 doses a day. Some continue with 3doses each day for 40 days straight.

Working out on HCG

It is not usually recommended to work out on the HCG diet. However if you must,you will want to start on a higher dosage each day, maybe 4-5 doses a day, thenincrease as needed. Also you will want to eat more like 1000-1200 calories each

day while still holding to the foods in the diet. The extra calories will give yousomething extra to burn each day, but adhering to the food allowed is stillimportant for resetting your metabolism.

Warning: do not try 500 calories a day while working out, refer to themenstruation paragraph.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

• 1-2 tbsp of garlic powder, onion powder • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, fat trimmed *Disclaimer: Photo above is not an actual image of recipe • 1 bunch of leaf lettuce, washed and cut • 1 tsp turmeric into bite size pieces • 1/2 cucumber diced • 3 tbsp salsa • Drizzle of vinaigrette

Instructions:

1. Sautee chicken with garlic power, onion powder and turmeric. 2. Divide into portions, 4 servings per pound of chicken. 3. Put lettuce in bowls to make same amount of servings as chicken. Add cucumber, salsa and drizzle vinaigrette over.

Garlic Rosemary Steak Ingredients:

• 100g steak • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 1 tbsp rosemary • 1 tsp garlic paste (3-5 cloves minced)

Instructions:

1. In small dish, add rice vinegar. Add steak and coat. 2. In small bowl, combine rosemary, garlic, red pepper. 3. Rub sauce on both sides of steak. 4. Place steak in small dish, cover, and refrigerate 4 hours - overnight. 5. Grill to desired doneness.

Strawberry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

• 3 1/2 oz of lettuce • 3 1/2 oz Chicken • 6 strawberries, sliced • Sweet N Sour Vinaigrette Dressing

1. Grill, bake or steam fry chicken then slice into bite sized pieces. 2. Put lettuce in bowl with sliced strawberries and chicken then toss. 3. Drizzle with Sweet N Sour Vinaigrette, salt, pepper and herbs as desired. 4. Toss till lettuce is coated.

Taco Salad

Ingredients:

• Ground bison (buffalo), 100 grams • ¼ Onion chopped • 1 medium whole tomato • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder, • 1/2 cup Cucumber (peeled), chopped

Instructions:

1. Use a calorie free oil to cook ground bison. 2. Sprinkle spices over it while it cooks. 3. Chop up the veggies and mix together with cooked meat. 4. Serve with melba toast.

Citrus Tilapia Ingredients:

• 3.5 oz tilapia • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill • 1/4 tsp pepper • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Mix together lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. 2. Place in a shallow dish, turn to coat and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. 3. Grill over medium heat 4 - 5 minutes per side.

Fresh Salsa with Melba Toast Ingredients:

• 4 - 5 Tomatoes • 4 Tbsp lemon juice • 3 - 4 Tbsp Garlic Minced • 1/2 chopped onion • 1/2 tsp chili powder • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning • Cayenne Pepper to Taste • Cilantro (fresh or dried) to Taste • Salt and Pepper *Disclaimer: Photo above is not an actual image of recipe

Instructions:

1. Put all of the ingredients in the food processor. Blend to desired Chunkiness 2. Refrigerate to blend the flavors. 3. Grill over medium heat 4 - 5 minutes per side. 4. The longer it sits the more flavors it will have.

Spicy Baked Chicken Ingredients:

• 4 chicken breasts • 1 onion cut up • 2 cloves of garlic • Creole Seasoning

Instructions:

1. Season Chicken 2. Place chicken into baking pan. 3. Cut onions *Disclaimer: Photo above is not an actual image of recipe 4. Mince garlic 5. Place onions and garlic on top. 6. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. 7. Serve with your favorite HCG friendly vegetables.

Lemonade Ingredients:

• 1 cup water 2 Tbsp of lemon juice • 10 drops of plain stevia • 10 drops of lemon stevia

Instructions:

1. Pour water into container. 2. Mix in lemon juice and then stir. 3. Add 10 drops of plain stevia and then stir. 4. Add 10 drops of lemon stevia and then stir. 5. Continue to stir until completely dissolved *Disclaimer: Photo above is not an actual image of recipe

Iced Fruity Green Tea Ingredients:

• 1 cup water • 5 green tea bags • 1/3 cup lemon juice • 4-5 drops of stevia

Instructions:

1. Boil water. 2. Soak green tea bags for 3-5 minutes. 3. Pour into 2 quart pitcher then fill with the water. 4. Add juice of 2 lemons or 1/3 cup. 5. Add 4-5 drops of stevia 6. Serve cold.

Blackened Chicken Ingredients:

• 1 tsp paprika • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper • 1/2 tsp ground cumin • 1/2 tsp dried thyme • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper • 1 tsp onion powder • 32 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat for 5 minutes until it is smoking hot.

2. Mix together the paprika, salt, cayenne, cumin, thyme, white pepper, and onion powder. Oil the chicken breasts with cooking spray on both sides, and then coat the chicken breasts evenly with the spice mixture.

3. Place the chicken in the hot pan, and cook for 1 minute. Turn, and cook 1 minute on other side. Place the breasts on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes.
