INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT

• Was design to make the tasks of room`s reservation for the students in the UTM an easiest one.

• The reservations takes to much time • The system was built to overcame

current hostel booking system • With this system , the user can easily

books their hostel at their fingertips

Discussion

• From our observation, the results are as expected as the constant user because this system is not complex from other system

• the statistics of the recording from our user shows that the tasks one is the hardest task to be completed

• The easiest task to be completed is task 4 which is the log out task because there are less instruction to be executed

• Based on the user performance score. We can deduced that most of the users understands the usage of the system

• From the subjective

measurement, it shows that all

users agreed that it is very

attractive , entertaining ,helpful

but not confusing , not annoying

and not challenging

• We think that we should improve

the prototype by making it more

and more attractive and more

user friendly . Also we have to

increase the efficiency of our

program interface.

Conclusion

Conclusion • Through our project we found that what

we necessarily thought was important and needed in an application was not exactly what the user wanted and needed.

• From this system , we can conclude that the system can be beneficial towards other users like students and college staff as it is very usable and the user are very much like it most.
