govenments and citizens wit inomation
on ow tei deence ministies and amed
oces compae to otes in tackling deence
couption. Te GI 2013 will be epeated in
time, allowing any canges in counties
peomances to be obseved and examined.

analysed using a compeensive suvey o
77 questions, clusteed into te ve aeas
