SkypePOP is a Windows application that runs in the background on your PC and waits for incoming telephone calls from Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business.

When a call comes in, SkypePOP instantly finds matching records within your Dynamics CRM database and presents the record on the screen.

If multiple records (contacts, accounts or leads) exist with the same phone number in CRM, SkypePOP presents you the option to pop the correct record.

SkypePOP allows you to instantly pop a CRM phone activity relating to the entity that the number matches; all you have to do is enter your notes and save the window.

Select the recordzDouble click on the entry that matches the record you wish to pop.

Each record has the icon representing the type of record it is (eg: Contact, Account, Lead etc).

Phone ActivityzCRM Phone Call activity is popped with the sender and recipient, phone number, direction and subject all set for you.

Just type in the activity notes and click Save & Close.
