1. Enter correct credential (username and password)

2. Ensure already subscribed to Package C in IPMS Portal

3. Reset password to default and retry login

1. Open CMD and run ipconfig /flushdns

2. Close SFB and delete user SIP profile in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync and relogging.

• Failed due to network issue

• Possible solution:

• Make sure internet network is good, strong and consistent

• Make user microphone and speaker available if unable to perform audio/ video.

• Ensure all ports required for SFB are opend on agency network/ firewall. Refer to list of ports required accordingly provided for UC Admin.
