Has Auckland Transport made any decisions as to whether it supports the placement of a barrier arm on Princes Street to control only resident's vehicles into the area of Princes Street south of Alma Street onto the residential area of Northcote Point? Auckland Transport has made no decision in support of a physical barrier on Princes Street. There have been no decisions made or final concepts tabled by the Skypath Trust (Trust}, with Council or Auckland Transport, to mitigate the potential for vehicles parking under the bridge to access the SkyPath. The Trust's traffic engineers are investigating mitigation measures which would need to be consulted with Auckland Transport and would be part of the proposed resource consent process. Is Auckland Transport actually the road controlling authority for the local roadway that goes beneath the Auckland Harbour Bridge viaduct giving access to the properties from 1 to 7 Princes Street and also vehicular access to 1 Queen Street? Auckland Transport is the road controlling authority for Princes Street and Queen Street. 3. 2. Drop off and pick up and bus parking at the Northcote Ferrv Terminal Can I be advised as to whether Auckland Transport, as road controlling authority for Queen Street, have been consulted and whether any interim support has been given to the SkyPath proposal for this area to be their prime bus parking and drop off and pick up by cars? Auckland Transport has not been consulted separately on this matter and no interim support has been provided. The Council has been advised by the Trust that the Trust's traffic engineers are currently investigating options to minimise/discourage people from driving with bus drop off pick up to the northern landing of SkyPath. Options for any vehicle drop off area would need to be consulted with Auckland Transport and would be part of the proposed resource consent process. 3. Would the owners of The Wharf facility be included in this consultation?
