POTENTIAL

The Skyline Plaza already impresses thanks to its location: right in the heart of the new Europa dis-trict with its homes, offi ces, and hotels – in close proximity to Messe Frankfurt – one of the largest exhibition centers in the world with around 50 trade fairs a year, and close to Frankfurt’s main station.

And the development continues: in the immediate vicinity of the Skyline Plaza, further state-of-the-art offi ce towers and high-quality residential and hotel blocks are being developed, which will make the exhibition and Europa district Frankfurt’s second skyline.

Also under progress is the extension by around 2.7 kilometers of U-Bahn line U5 through the new Euro-pa district – with a stop immediately in front of the Skyline Plaza and direct access to the main station.

“We are always on the lookout for sui-table property that will meet our needs for a pleasant shopping experience. In the Skyline Plaza, we have found such a property. Even if it took a while at fi rst for customers to fi nd their way into the new dm-store, we are now delighted that we have been able to progress so well here thanks to the extremely positive recep-tion of the people of Frankfurt.”

In the approximately four years since its opening, the performance data of the Skyline Plaza have shown continuous and sustainable positive development. And always in one direction: upwards.

Thus, turnover, footfall, and parking garage entries have increased steadily since then – by almost 30 percent today.

The Skyline Plaza is not only up to date when it comes to the tenant mix and as a lifestyle destination. Many innovative services make the customer’s visit as pleasant as possible – for a relaxed shopping experience. The Skyline Plaza offers countless services along the entire customer journey: from the comfortable “Easy to Park” system, facilitating ticketless parking with RFID technology, to 3D digital wayfi nding systems and info gates for optimum orientation, to the “Same Day Delivery” service, with which purchases are delivered directly to your home.

Other innovative services in the Skyline Plaza include the “Car Finder” for fi nding cars in the parking garage easily using QR codes, a car-sharing station, e-charging points and comfort parking, a digital children’s play area, and the popular “Selfi e Photo Box”, as well as an in-house center app. Another highlight and an absolute service innovation is our “Easy Dining.” This allows customers to preorder their meal at participating catering tenants via app or iPad, to make cashless payments, and to then pick the order up at the counter – for the fi rst time ever in an ECE center.
