Group Hotel Room Blocks & Additional Resources

After confirming your date with a signed contract, your Wedding Design Expert will send you a list of our

suggested creative partners, which are those professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area with whom we have

developed a relationship of trust and integrity. In addition, we can point you in a direction to look at vendors

with whom we may not have yet worked, but who have an excellent reputation in the area!

You are strongly encouraged – although not required – to hire a professional wedding planner. He or She can

assist you with many more details than our Wedding Design Expert can, as they can oversee details within

and outside of the hotel. Our Wedding Design Expert is focused on your Food, Beverage, and Hotel needs, in

addition to being able to assist with design plans and rentals of ceremony and/or reception décor. She will also

coordinate your ceremony & rehearsal and stay with you throughout the dinner and dancing. As her priority is

on what is being provided by Loews, though, and since there are a vast amount of details to consider at each event,

we always want our couples to benefit from having the assistance of an independent wedding planner.

Beyond or including a wedding planner, you may hire any professional you prefer. They do not have to be

on our list, but we will require each vendor to have adequate liability insurance coverage (listing Loews as an

“Additional Insured” for a minimum of $1 million), have a current business license, and comply with loading

instructions and other pertinent details. This information will be sent during the planning process.

How to Book a Visit?






Now that you have read through our information, please let us know that you would like to come for a site visit! This usu-

ally takes about 45 minutes and will include a tour of our Sky Deck, the dinner venue of your preference, and any guest

rooms you wish to see, as well as our Spa. The tour locations will depend on availability. Before scheduling a tour, the

Wedding Expert will want to talk to you about your date, guest count, event plans, and overall budget.

B O O K I N G & D E P O S I T S

In order to reserve your Loews Wedding, we will prepare a contract with your contact information. Depending on

your event date, we typically require a 25% non-refundable payment with the return of your signed agreement.

Then we take another 50% deposit 90 days prior to your event and the remaining amount 30 days prior. These

amounts and our cancellation terms will all be outlined in your contract. The payments are based on your event

room rental fees, Food & Beverage Minimum, as well as applicable fees, charges, and tax.
