2. ADVENTURE SPORTS Adventure Sports involves activities which are unusual, risky and exciting as well. An adventure sport is bold undertaking which involves hazardous action and whose outcome is uncertain. Adventure Sport comprises a very range of activities. Mountaineering, rock climbing, skiing, river rafting, kayaking, etc, are some popular adventure sports. Adventure Sports are undertaken at various places depending on the nature of the topography and the weather conditions. Parachuting, parasailing and gliding off the top of high mountains are other sports activities carried 3. What is sky diving? Skydiving is a sport involving a skydiver jumping down from an airplane while it is flying and parachuting to the ground. Skydiving can be done individually and with other people. Training is required to go solo. The jump can also be made from a helicopter or the bottom of a hot air balloon from 4000m or 13,000 ft.
