Founded as a manufacturer of small wooden frame windows in Latvia in the early 1990s, the business has grown into a group of companies comprising all areas of construction. Skonto Plan, an aluminium and glass facade manufacturer, has been operating in London for more than 7 years. Among other projects, it is currently working on the development of 250 City Road for the Berkeley Group. Designed by Foster and Partners, the new development will feature 46- and 32-floor towers, holding 930 apartments, a 190-room hotel, and office and retail space. These buildings will represent a magnificent addition to one of the UK’s busiest roads, and one more success story for Skonto Group.

SKONTO BUVE Skonto Buve is the leading general contractor company in the region, providing turnkey solutions for large-scale projects in all disciplines of construction.
