This summer Stureplansgruppen in Stockholm will organize the popular two days festival Summerburst in both Stockholm and Gothenburg for the third year in a row.The expetactions are high and the rumors are hot which DJ who are going to play.

Summerburst tickets were released in the morning of wednesday and the pressure to get tickets were high, even I was out in time to get some tickets and I think that it was difficult to get in to the website the tickets went on sale. The tickets have three different categories like early bird, festival pass for two days and premium tickets. You need to be twenty years old to buy the premium tickets and the other tickets the age limit are eighteen.At the same time the tickets went on sale for Stockholm they revealed the first artist who's going to play in Stockholm which was Sebastian Ingrosso from the world famous DJ trio Swedish House Mafia.

Sebastian Ingrosso is now out on a goodbye tour with Swedish House Mafia and in the last weekend Swedish House Mafia played for three sold out nights in Friends Arena, the new national arena in Stockholm.It was the coolest thing I ever experience, I was there on the weekend to watch them and when I went away from Friends Arena I have the biggest smile on my lips. These guys have a big talent and they have no problem to make fifty thousand people to jump up and down.

During the afternoon under Wednesday it shows that the rumors about the pressure on the tickets was true, half of the tickets were sold out for the Stockholmfestival.It is incredible how fast the tickets went away when they only have release one artist.Since the festival runs for two days it is going to be be lots of artist, and the

rumors about which artists it is going to be be is many.David Guetta is hot around the name, and also is Steve Aoki from the big country in west? If you ask me I will keep my thumbs for David Guetta for Stockholm, but unfortunately we need to share artist with the Gothenburg show.Past the few years have always been a fight between Gothenburg and Stockholm about which city who going to have the best artist. As the faithful Stockholm girl I am, I hope for great artist to the festival in Stockholm!

During the morning of thursday the tickets for Gothenburg released and there first lineup artist where another guy from the world famous trio Swedish House Mafia, Axwell. It made me crazy because I have bought tickets for the show in Stockholm and I shall do anything to see the gorgeous Axwell once again after the show in Friends Arena.

Is it worth to by a ticket for Summerburst for your study grant? I have not been there but the people I know been there says that it was worth every crown. DJs who normally take the same price at their concerts when it is only those who play it, you see a lot of famous DJs for the price of one at Summerburst.Also you got to see a lot of hot people it the audience and also at the stage, but you have more chance to catch your love of your life in the audience if you do not have the lucky to follow Sebastian Ingrosso to his after party!

If you want to experience something unusual, with world famous DJ under a blue sky in to beginning of summer with a thousand other people, then you need to buy a ticket for Summerburst.You will not regret it, like the Summerburst slogan says - Summer starts here!

The dark side of sportsIt has been shown that athletes and their trainers, have a big ability to find different substances which have a performance-enhancing effect. That competitive athletes expose themselves to so called blood doping, it´s because when they expose for manipulations of the blood it depends because the blood most important function is to transport oxygen from the lungs to the body tissues. The oxygen in the body transports to the red blood pigment hemoglobin, this is found in the red blood cells. If the oxygen transport to the muscles become more efficient this can increase the force development in the body and especially endurance. This you can get if you provide the body with more of the substance hemoglobin, and this is called doping.

So the question is why are some people using this different substance, to doping themselves. They probably already know that doping are both bad and dangerous. So why expose themselves to such a danger like doping. Why not compete with honor of being free from doping. And be proud of to win without have used doping. Instead of feeling guilty to win a prize that you really don´t deserve because they had doping themselves. What´s the point anyway to doping themselves if they probably gonna be

taken for doping by the doping controls and analysis.

There is also another type of doping which is the most difficult to detect by sampling and analysis. It´s when a athletes takes a blood transfusion before competition. The blood can come from another person or athlete himself. After the competition they most do a blood donation, so that the red blood cells are returned and the athlete recover their normal blood values.

There is also a method of doping which is increased blood cells, that the blood hemoglobin is growing. This substance that you use then, are often used in diseases where blood cell formation falters, for example, renal disease. But this substance can also been used on healthy persons, but if you then give the body an injection of this substance, the red blood cell and the hemoglobin in the body will rise above normal values. This can reveal by a analysis.

Finally I just want to bring this question to everyone how use doping. Why expose themselves to such a danger, that probably not gonna be worth it when the doping controls gonna reveal you. So isn´t best to be honestly and compete healthy.

”IFK before”The handball club IFK Karlskrona was once in a time a very talented club with much qualification form when the played in Elitserien, they became swedish champions. In large had the club its ”palmy days”, that because the have had a lot of successful players and trainers. The team had a couple of players that played for the swedish a-team like, Mats Lindau, Rolf Hertzberg and Lars Faxe.After the time in Elitserien, IFK played a year in the swedish second league, but without access to money they decided to play for the lower divisions.

Coaches opinionsAt 17.15 on december 5th, so I had decided to interview Lars Hällqvist and Lars Faxe.What both coaches feeling/thinking about to take over a team and what they thinking about the younger players.

That was no problem for both to say yes, they both have a history in IFK from before,as both player and coach.-Lars Faxe want to see a change in the club where economy should be stable,even the

a-team and junior-team should take one step up in the league system.-He also pointed out that there are young people who want to develop and we will do so they have the chance to be a better handball player.

Will we see IFK Karlskrona in the top division again?-A hard question, but as I said before, we must have a stable economy to have enough players and it must be seasoned players for the higher divisions. We have younger players as train very hard and if they just want to play and continue to develop it will look very bright.It will be fun, said a very positive Lars Hällqvist.

The future looks promisingThe future for IFK look´s very bight, the club has started to get the economy back on track, they have chosen to start with the economy because that have been a big problem before. The club have now a couple youth teams and a junior-team and a A-team. Fore this year and forward is the club finely ready to climb up in the divisions again. The club have put up some goals to successes, one of the goals are that the a-team will play in Allsvenskan in three years and the junior-team will play in division 2, but now they are playing in division 4.Both of the teams are unbeaten in their series and they have the chance for advancement. IFK has now great trainers as have trained together before.So the future look’s very bight for IFK. Karlskrona.

Sweden in SerbiaThe Swedish women who play EHF Euro in serbia must win against Norway in order to qualify for a semi-final.

KHK against DjurgårdenThe atmosphere in the arena was amazing, the people was happy and Khk had won over Djurgården in a hard game. Khk won the game with 5-2 and they play very good.

Swedish Match says that they haven´t gone through all the facts.

The EU-Commission has systematically chosen to ignore the facts and knowledge Swedish Match has given to them. This according to Patrik Hildingsson, communication supervisor Swedish Match, Brussels.

Sweden seems to lose the fight when it comes to Swedish snus.

The export stop will stand for the swedish snus according to the Swedish magazine Dagens Nyheter. Both the Swedish government and of course Swedish Match have tried to get rid of the stop from the EU-commission with

the argument that Snus is less dangerous then cigarettes are, but with no effect.

How would this affect your snus habbits and you?

I wouldn´t stop but i guess it would be a lot more boring because we wouldn´t have so many choices left but i would definitely buy a lot less. I guess the economy would go worse as well. People will buy less and less, because of the poor range offer that they will have left. But at the same time it would probably affect my own economy in a good way since i would save some money when i´m buying less than before.

The future.Now it´s up to the EU-commision to

decide if the swedes are going to keep their beloved snus or not. All that the people can do is just sit back and wait for the higher powers to decide their fates. There are over one million swedes that are addicted to snus and their habit is now in great danger.

Earth is not going under21 december 2012.That´s the date so many belive that earth will go under because the mayacalendar stops counting. NASA is sure that this apocalypse is not going to happen. Life will continue after this date so start buying those christmas presents.
