In 1995 in Karlsurhe, Germany, a team of engineers founded Vistra

Ingenieurburo to supply integrated services in logistics, quality and, Health

and Safety at Work. The consultancy company grows rapidly and acquires

important customers among which multinational companies with bases in Italy.

In 2000 Vistra srl was born, with headquarters in Udine, a natural linking

point between north and east Europe. In a short time requests from abroad

(England and Germany) arrive and offices are also opened in Pordenone; in

2010 HSEQ international division is incorporated into the company to support

Italian companies with sites and plants abroad.

Today the consultancy company has over 500 customers in Italy and abroad

(Eastern Europe, United States, South America, Asia, Middle East and Africa)

and over 30 employees.

The application of the directive 89/106 “Construction Product Directive”

(CPD), today regulation (CPR), through hundreds of harmonised technical

regulations (NTA) has revolutionised the construction market: simultaneous

tests and analyses) scarcely available in one lot.
