New Features that will be available in the new version of the games platform – launching on 20 February 2009:

User frontend: The entire system is template based and can be fully customized to meet any design requirements. There are different templates for the homepage, category pages, game info pages and game play pages. We would typically assist with the integration of a new site look and feel / layout. The system

caters for custom HTML which can be used to publish promo’s, banners, featured content, etc without making changes to the actual template – part of the CMS system. Rough layouts of the new SkillPod.com “Look and Feel” we typically prefer the 3 column approach due to the volume of content we wish to display, sites can opt for a 2 column approach on the homepage and a different structure on the other content pages.

Design Flexibility: The SkillPod Media games management system has been designed with flexibility in mind and can thus be fully integrated into any design that a publisher would require. Mini sites can be added to the main games site, these could be linked to specific campaigns and /or events.

How do users get Pods:

a) Users receive free Pods, when they register - this value can be set per site b) Buy them through their credit card, premium rate SMS (South Africa only) and in your case we can

create the necessary engine to cater for prepaid cards / vouchers

c) Enter tournaments to win Pods d) Challenge friends to win Pods e) Refer Friends, any friends that register will trigger a Pod credit to the player that referred them

How can the Pods be used:

a) Certain games can be set to have a Pod cost to play the game - this value can be set by game b) Tournaments can be setup to have Pod entry fee's

c) Players can challenge other players for Pods d) Players can buy versions of the games to download to their computers for Pods e) Users will be able to redeem Pods for merchandise - near future

The Tournaments engine offers the following functionality:

a) Tournaments can be setup for any duration of time b) Multiple prizes can be linked to each tournament

c) The tournaments formats can either be Highest Score Wins or a Lucky Draw Format d) A progressive style component exists that allows for initial Pot values to be set and increase values

as users enter the tournaments for Pods e) Advertisers can sponsor the tournaments - their logo and details will be displayed on the

tournaments page f) Surveys can be linked to the tournaments g) Tournaments receive preferential placement on the homepage of the games site, thus maximum

exposure Advertising / Revenue Earning Opportunities and Examples: The following represents a summary of the various advertising opportunities that can be leveraged off with the launch of the Web Crossing Games channel. We have the source code to 350+ games and can thus customise these games for specific events, advertisers, campaigns, languages, etc, etc:

b) An API is available for the integration of an existing user registration engine thus ensuring seamless movement between the various content sections of a publishers website

c) API development to integrate into existing CRM and billing / payment engines d) The Publisher is able to host the games portal on a domain of their choice, again

ensuring the brand identity is retained, the primary games engine is hosted on our

platform at Rackspace UK. e) The games can be translated into any language that you require, how the translations

work is as follows: o The game titles would be selected from the games catalogue by the publisher o SkillPod would provide the publisher with the English text for the site and games o The publisher would provide SkilllPod with the transalted text o SkillPod would integrate the text into the games and re-format the games in

order for all text placement to be correct o Games are made available to the publisher for sign off before publishing live
