• Telia has been using mostly waterfall

methods for project/program management,

suffering from long cycle times

• In 2014, Telia decided to pilot SAFe

(Scaled Agile Framework) targeting to

shorten the development cycle time, to

increase quality and to reduce unnessary

cost
