On April 25, 1994 a registration certificate for “Patnis” Ltd was received meaning that now the school can start independent economic activities.
On June 28, 1994 the license No.01012 was received permitting to open officially a private school.
On September 1st, 1994 the school was officially opened. There was one preparatory class (11 children), one 1st class (with 8 pupils), one 2nd class (with 3 pupils).
