Solve for the Customer and our Customer’s Customer

Awesome and Awesomely Humble

• Being Awesome, is not a science, it’s an art. You know it when you see it.

• Being Humble means being confident not arrogant, being smart not cocky, being able to admit when your wrong and being strong enough to be in a position where you could be wrong

• Being Awesomely Humble means doing all of the above and bringing this behavior out of everyone you interact with / encouraging people to do the same

• Being Awesome and Awesomely Humble also means not being a jerk… we don’t hire jerks.

• Autonomy - one of the most crucial aspects of working at a startup. You can have the best skills, but if you don’t have the self drive to utilize them, startups aren’t for you

• Ownership - we love people going out on a limb and experimenting, but what we really love is when they tell us how they messed up. People learn from mistakes, we like learning.

• Learning - People don’t learn from ignorance. If you go in with the mindset of wanting to learn, the worst that can happen is that everyone comes out with a valuable lesson

Life Work Balance Matters• Life is short and precious. We are honored that

people choose to share a part of their time with us.

• A healthy life is a balanced life; Life comes first

• Sacrifices must be made from time to time, but sacrifice is not a lifestyle choice

• Our goal is to save our customer time and for the time they share with us to have as much value as possible. We value all Sizzle-er’s time
