1. Introduction

This report summarizes prospecting activities conducted on the property during a field visit on August 18th, 2012.

2. Property Location & Access

The property is located 4.5 km south west of town of St. Lawrence, and is accessible from a 1 km hiking trail from the Iron Springs Mine Road. The northeast corner having the U.T.M. Coordinates of 5,193,000 N, 619,500 E of NTS 1L/14, Zone 21, NAD 27.

3. Claim Status

Mineral License 13093M was issued to Jason White in 2007.

4. Previous Work

Summary:

• 1650-1750 - Spanish and/or Portuguese mined veins for lead & silver content.

• 1843 – Jukes notes occurrence of “galena and fluorite of lime” on west side of St Lawrence Hr.

• 1850-1870 – Minor exploratory mining conducted by C.F. Bennett on veins containing Pb, possibly

the limited workings of the Chamber Cove vein and the Sea Stack in Little Salt Cove.

• 1912 – Mr. Campbell, a butcher from St. John's, discovers fluorite in St. Lawrence.

• 1933 – 122 tons of fluorite were produced from the Little Salt Cove Vein.

• 1933 – 1977 – General exploration of the entire region specifically for fluorite.

• 1948 – Van Alstine produces geology report of area for the geological survey of Newfoundland.

• 1996 – Burin Minerals explores the area, very little work done on this licence.

• 1998 – Harris does a compilation report for the area for Burin Minerals.

• 2007 – The author stakes the mineral license.

• 2007 – 2012 – Author explores property.

6. Regional and Local Geology

The property covers the contact zone of the Carboniferous St. Lawrence Alaskite Granite Pluton, and the Proterozoic volcanics / sediments and Cambrian sediments of the Avalon Zone of the Appalachian Orogen (Howse, 1992).

The youngest rock unit is the peralkaline St. Lawrence Granite, intruding the Burin, Marystown, and Inlet groups; the granite is host to most Fluorite veins. Granite grain size decreases and more galena near the veins close to the granite contact (Dickson, 1984, Williamson 1956). Sedimentary rocks are younger than volcanics and older than the granites in the region, but basic dikes are seen cutting all units including the granites. The granite, lamprophyre and fluorspar veins are believed to be derived from a highly differentiated magma reservoir (Kauffmann, 1936).

Inlet Group, Bay View Formation: Cambrian aged, grey / green siltstone, red micaceous sandstone and grey quartzite beds .

St. Lawrence Granite (Howse, 1992; Tisley, 1984; Dickson, 1984; Van Alstine, 1948): Fine to medium grained, porphyritic to equigranular, and bright red in colour. It is mostly syenitic to alaskiteic in composition and generally consists of 30-40% quartz, 40 to 60% orthoclase, up to 20% albite, with rare ferromagnesian minerals such as riebeckite, aegirine, and biotite; and dated to 344 +/-5 Ma .

Glacial Cover (Howse, 1951)A heavy cover from Wisconsin aged glaciation covers the bedrock from bare to >30 ft.

7. Exploration

An attempt was made to find the Chambers Cove No. 2 and Lead vein on the property, but due to tangly stunted tree growth and high rain fall the day before the valley containing the brook had swollen and there was no sign of the vein in outcrop on the banks of the shallow valley. On the ridge east of the brook there was a possible pit location which had been backfilled. The banks of the valley are shrub / stunted tree covered with an angle of 30 to 45 degrees and hight of 3 to 10 m.

Near the bridge which crosses the small brook there is a small series of small white fluorite veins outcropping in the granite. Further south on the meadow covering the ridge of Chambers Point, the sharp granite / sedimentary contact can be seen on both sides with numerous fluorite veins near sea level. A boat will be required to get a closer view of the outcropping.

8. Conclusion and Recommendations

With the known fluorite, galena, spalarite, barite and silver mineral occurrences on the mineral licence, additional exploration is warranted to formally define the mineral deposits.

following activities are recommended:

1. Explore the coastal exposures and adits on the property by boat,

2. Assay the known veins for precious metal content,

3. Trench the area where the barite & fluorite had been discovered in the valley,

4. Diamond drill the mineral occurrences.
