KPMG SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT KPMG SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT

• Offers participants knowledge of the six sigma principles,

depth of tools and techniques, required for corporate

improvement needs.

• The program differentiates itself by inculcating depth of Lean

Six Sigma tools and techniques followed by case based

demonstrations, depth sessions, quantitative derivations and

focused business conclusions.

• Certification provided by KPMG. • Certification provided by KPMG

• Training conducted by KPMG as 4-day (32 hour) contact

program.

• Training conducted by KPMG as 8-day (split over 2 phases

of 4-days each) full time program.

• Evaluation at the end of course on 4th day through multiple
