Secure Storage: Our Deputy Principal then choose the staff email addresses in the sharing option... 5. Storage What We Did at SIS KJ 2. Shared Files: KAPOW! All staff had access to the academic and general policies anywhere, anytime. 6. Storage What We Did at SIS KJ 3. Individual Shared Files: Shabam! Depending on which department the staff were in, individual files were shared with those that needed them. 7. Storage What We Did at SIS KJ 4. Lesson Planning: Bonza! We created a Lesson Plan template in Sheets, shared it with all teachers and they then had a uniform template to use... and copy for future use 8. Storage What We Did at SIS KJ 5. Reporting: Ripper! Each teacher can now plan their lessons, copy & paste similar items and SHARE the lesson before the deadline each week when lesson Plans are due. 9. Storage What We Did at SIS KJ 6. Individual Storage: Shazam! Each teacher can create documents, sheets and presentations plus upload any file they want to, stored and allocated to their personal account (30 GIGS worth) 10. Storage So, now we have: Google doing back up Secure, individual storage No individual storage options Full sharing options, access anywhere, anytime
