The individuals or organizations who would like to attend SITRAIN training are mandatory to register (Free of Charge) or login Training e-Pass (Chinese version only) through internet.

Training e-Pass memberships can get the latest training, technical workshop and new book information via website and e-mail.

Saving training cost

Training e-Pass memberships can take the most cost-effective training programs at different discountrate according to the type of memberships.

Certificate application –Track training routes

Allows customers to maintain their training profiles and provides portable documented proof of the training courses they’ve taken over 70% per course.

Membership confirmation

After SITRAIN has accepted the applications for e-Pass registration, SITRAIN will send you the successful registration confirmation with “User ID” and “Password” or failed registration notice by email.

Login e-Pass：Enter your “User ID” and “Password” to login e-Pass. If you were first time user, please change your password for security purpose

Re-register：link to SITRAIN website to make re-registration

Modify member’s data

SITRAIN only accept training reservation by Training e-Pass, therefore trainees is mandatory to register Training e-Pass in advanced.

Please make course registration 3 weeks before the training date. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

In order to follow along with the contents and exercises presented in the courses, the prerequisite knowledge/courses are needed.

Select your course by clicking the “Course Name” of the course list

Click【課程搜尋】(Search course): Search your course by Keywords, Training schedule or location

Step 3. Make training reservation (3 weeks before the training date)

Training reservation status：

【報名中】(Available)：available to reserve

【後補】(Stand by)：the application will be included on the waiting list.

【額滿】(Full)：not available to reserve

Click on the【班別代碼】 (class code) to select your desired class

Unscheduled training classes are given upon request or by special arrangement.

Step 3. Make training reservation (3 weeks before the training date)

Link to the selected “class description page” and click【我要報名】(Reserve) to the next step.

Check all the details of your selected class and enter the participants’ data.

Please be sure to complete the entire reservation form with correct data and click 【完成報名】(Confirm) to complete your reservation.

Step 4. Training confirmation (2 weeks before the training date)

After completing the training reservation, you can login e-Pass to check and modify the reservation data before receiving “admission confirmation letter ”.

Click the【報名表流水序號】(Reservation code) to link to the reservation form.

You can add reservation, delete or modify the participants’ data.

Note:

The admission confirmation letter and training courses regulations will be issued by email two weeks before the training date.

Class size: minimum of 6 students per course. If a course is cancelled, SITRAIN will notify the customers 2 weeks before the training date.

Step 5. Make payment (1 weeks before the training date)

Full payment must be received 1 week before the training date. SITRAIN will canceled the training reservation to any failure to complete payment in the period.
