How to Order

Site plant, equipment, consumables and signage is supplied by BCS, Barhale’s in-house specialist supply business

To Off-Hire Plant

1. Log on to the Barhale Connected intranet site.2. Select the BCS logo.3. Select Off Hire.4. Enter the details of the site and plant to be off-hired.Or telephone BCS direct.

To Transfer Plant

1. Log on to the Barhale Connected intranet site.2. Select the BCS logo.3. Select Transfer Plant.4. Enter the details of plant to be transferred and the

site to be transferred from and to.Or telephone BCS direct.

To place an order, please use the following steps:

1. Note the description of the product and the re-order reference number of the equipment required from the product table.

2. Log on to the Barhale Connected intranet site.3. Select the BCS logo.4. Select a New Requisition. 5. Select the items that are required and add them to

the shopping cart.6. Ensure high risk plant authorisations are requested.7. Click on the shopping cart and fill in the form,

confirming the quantities required and where and when the delivery needs to be made. Click on Send once the form has been completed.

OR...If you are unable to connect to the intranet, please contact the nominated regional representative or BCS, who will complete the requisition on your behalf.

All requisitions to BCS are to be placed through Barhale Connected.
