1. Boulders fallen all over the cables in the trench, which is damaging the laid cables. Sand-bed of 100mm not laid. RCC slabs to cover the trench are not yet casted. 2. Cable trays shall be properly welded and grinded at the corners and bendings, to ensure that there are no sharp edges. 3. Saddling of lighting cables have been done at approx. 1m, as a result of which clamps are found to be hanging out from the wall. Instead of individually clamping the cables, a single clamp, which shall hold cables together. Wherever, more than 3 cables are there, cable trays shall be provided.4. FLS shall ensure that all the cables in the trays are properly dressed. No cable shall be found to be hanging, unsupported & laying on the ground, especially in the cable cellar and control room. 5. At 1016M,cable tray has been erected near stair case, but no head clearance is available for man entry. 6. Junction boxes are not provided in control room for lighting fixtures. 7. Control cables are found to be laid in ladder type trays, at many places. Control cables should be dressed properly. At many places control cables are found to be hanging unsupported and touching the floor. 8. FLS shall ensure that all the panels shall remain unaffected by any ongoing works, so that there is no damage or ingress of dust/paint onto the panels. Also, all the damaged knobs/handles/LED indicators/ Glass covers shall be replaced at the earliest. 9. Chequered plates shall be properly fixed, such that no openings shall be visible. 10. Exposed wiring has been done in switchgear room/transformer room. FLS to obtain designers clearance or carry out false ceiling. 11. No care has been done while executing civil works, as a result of which cement is found to be settled on the cables, which may damage the cable while cleaning. 12. Earth strip junctions shall not be projected above the floor in transformer room. 13. Power cable from MCC room to SCH are laid in bunches in the tray, which is more than the allowable quantity. FLS shall provide additional tray to avoid bunching of cables and shall ensure that not more than one layer of power cable are laid on the tray, and all the cables are properly dressed.
