PGP Renewal

• Timeline:– May 25, 2010 – Warnings begin– June 22, 2010 – Expiration of product– Sept. 22, 2010 – Decryption of drives

• Update to license file– Goal: In place by end of next week

• Once the file is in place, all machines should be updated the next time they connect to the Internet.

PGP Renewal• Pricing:

– Final pricing is not fully set– Top end: $18/copy– University of Cincinnati potential

• Pricing will be finalized by the time the new license file is in place.

• Potential to spread the cost over the three year period, driving the cost this year lower.

• Targeting $10-12, if possible
