Dear Parents/Guardians:
Cape Trinity Catholic follows diocesan policy which
states that every employee and regular volunteer at the
school be fingerprinted and also attends a CAP (Child
Assault Protection) Workshop every five years. For the
convenience of new volunteers and any who may need
to update the training Cape Trinity Catholic will host the
required workshop.

$100 fee.
All current families have priority in registration
for the upcoming year. I encourage you to return
the form promptly; deadline is December 22,

Supper with Santa Raffle ticket money is due back at this time. Two raffle tickets were given to each family at Back to School Night in their Swag Bag. If you accidentally threw them away please let us know. Tickets were counted and assigned by number to each family. Julie has more tickets in the office. Many tickets have not been returned or paid for yet. The 50/50 raffle is a big part of the fundraising efforts for the year. Thanksgiving is a great time to approach family members about buying a ticket. Remember, the family that sells the most tickets gets a cash prize! Thank you to everyone who donated to the SWS classroom baskets. Many classes still need a volunteer to make their basket. Please let your teacher know if you would like to help. Classroom baskets are due by 12/1. Thanks to a very generous donation, all four of the
CTC basketball teams have received new uniforms.
Come check the teams out starting December 1
during the Scoop Taylor Tournament.

in the kitchen and/or donate a food item during
