Med ”okommenterad” menas att endast under-‐/överstrykningar, hänvisningar till annan punkt/lagrum samt enstaka ord som finns i lagtextens/standardens/föreställningsramens text och som skrivits ut i marginalen är tillåtna. Uppgift 3 (4 poäng) LoreB Kemi är ett företag i kemibranschen som sedan 1970-‐talet har arbetat på att försöka förbättra sitt rykte till att vara ett s.k. ”hållbart företag” i denna bransch. Detta handlar inte enbart om att det ligger i tiden att vara ett hållbart företag utan företaget var tidigare inblandade i en stor naturkatastrof där företaget släppt ut miljöfarligt avfall. Företaget har sedan dess jobbat stenhårt för att förbättra sina system och för att bygga upp en god image runt företaget. Det har nu uppmärksammats att ett av företagets dotterbolag i Afrika släppt ut miljöfarligt avfall. Företagets koncernledning i Sverige får reda på detta och går ut med en presskommuniké som innebär att de informerar allmänheten i både Sverige och Afrika. De anger i presskommuniké att de kommer åtgärda skadan på miljön så att marken och eventuellt grundvatten kommer att repareras och till och med vara i bättre skick än innan utsläppet. Det hör till saken att det inte finns någon lagstiftning som säger att LoreB Kemi måste rena marken och grundvattnet. Det antas dock på mycket goda grunder att en sådan lag kommer att införas under första kvartalet år 2016. Lagen kommer inte att gälla retroaktivt.
