PROJeCT TeAM AND ORGANIZATION
TeAM APPROACH
To ensure the success of a project collective architecture uses several key tools. The first tool vital to a successful project is communication and information sharing. collective architecture establishes one internal Project Manager who is the direct point of contact for all Project Team Members to correspond with. Thorough organization is the next tool that establishes project cohesion. The Project Manager oversees all phases of design. This person also works with selected consultants to ensure consistency, quality and verify that the clients vision is carried through every detail of the project no matter how big or small.
collective architecture strategically selects each member of the design Team for every project to ensure the designers’ vision and disposition is the best match for each clients’ culture and mentality. To ensure consistency, our leadership also remains involved throughout all of the Phases of a project. a successful project is one that establishes goals and objectives with all Team Members present at the conception of the Project. from there, our goal is to exceed expectations as we translate goals from a vision to completion.
