• Joint venture with the Chinese companies Golden Concord Holdings Limited (GCL) and

China Intellectual Electric Power Technology Co.,Ltd. (CIE)

• GCL is one of the world’s largest companies in the solar industry

• CIE has specialized in the development of heterojunction solar cells

• The market for HJT will be estimated at over 20 GW per year

• The aim of the joint venture is to develop, to optimize, to build and to sell complete

production lines

• The function of CIE and GCL is to provide process know how

• SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will acquire more than one third in the Chinese-owned joint
