TWO STAGE VACUUM PUMPTwo Stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps are better design then single stage vacuum pumps,having advantage of higher capacity at high vacuum and also requires low quantity of water at lowpressure compare to single stage vacuum pump. Two stage vacuum pumps develops maximumvacuum of 720 mm of hg, when sealing water temperature is 300C (755mm of hg barometric pressure& suction temperature of 300C) due to its latest technology and design, it so happen that a smallermodel may require as compare to single stage vacuum pump.

EVOL series of vacuum pumps are oil lubricated rotary vane type direct or V-belt driven vacuumpumps mounted on common base frame. These are specially designed to give vacuum and pressuresimultaneously. Specially treated fibre vanes / steel vane give the advantages of silent operation andabsolutely negligible wear on any friction affected contact parts resulting in increasing the life of pump.The regulation of vacuum and pressure can be precisely adjusted to suit to any requirement.

The unique design of lubrication system positively feeds minimum required quantity of oil, to all rotatingand frictional contact parts. The complete unit is compact and vibration free and hence can beinstalled inside the machine.
