The Mexican Customs Broker will have to transfer the import pedimento to the SAAI, to attach the american manifest carrier number ( it could be “InBond”). This data will be approve with USA to accept the customs declaration.

Case 1:

First. To present in Mexico customs the goods and subsequently the export declaration in USA (ITN Internal Transaction Number).

This option will allow us to use at the ITN data that was indicated in the import pedimento.

Case 2:

At leave American territory, to present USA export declaration (ITN Internal Transaction Number), and subsequently the import pedimento in Mexico Customs.

This case is not like an export-import facility for present the ITN to the departure.

It will have to exist an external communication between Mexican Customs Broker and American Broker, because the data that indicate the Mexican customs broker will appear at the ITN (they are the comun data between both nations), those data will not be all that are included in the import declarations or ITN, this forms will have to be completed with the missing data for each one of the parts.

Finally, the single entry will have to be present in Mexico Customs with the goods for the import clearance, to confirm to USA the entry to the country.
