INTERNET Banking (Non – Financial)
To avail this service, the customer needs to visit his/her home branch and fill up the Value Added Services form and submit at the help desk. On update in bank records, the customer can then start using the new INTERNET Banking services.
Your CIF Number is the USERNAME for the internet banking.
DO NOT share your PASSWORD or disclose it to another person.
On receipt of your PASSWORD, first change your PASSWORD.

Note for branch:Next week the screen promotion will be done for Internet banking, the officer of the branch will have to make the request as per the promoted screen.
Once the entry in the screen has been done from the branch, the request for the internet banking would be accepted automatically.
The I-PIN would be delivered to the HO and after going through some process the I-PINs would be dispatched to the end user at their registered address directly from HO with intimation to a respective branch.
