We realise approximately 25 percent of our

turnover with parts from our own machining

and finishing, as well as module assembly,

and the trend is upwards.

future. We have extensive experience with

E-Commerce and are driving paperless

business processes with customers and

suppliers.

Logistics means warehouse provisioning and

individual forms of delivery. We have one of

the largest central warehouses in the technical

trade sector. Currently an automatic small parts

warehouse is under construction (24,600 bins)

and our pallet high-bay warehouse is being

extended (to a total of 7,500 bins).

Lived proximity to customers with branches,

field consultants for technical and commercial

concerns, as well as product developers

deployed on site – of 450 employees, 300 are in

direct contact with customers.

We have been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 for

more than ten years. A wide variety of requirements arise from

our extensive product range. These requirements are effectively

implemented by a Quality Team with more than 15 employees at

all locations under strict compliance with RoHS, PPAP, PPF and

GADSL. In addition, 20 internal auditors, trained in accordance

with DIN EN ISO 19011, ensure compliance with the requirements

stipulated in the standard.

Whether profile technology, hose assembly, linear centre or freehand

manufacturing – our specialists translate your desires into action.

In this regard we manufacture made-to-order parts to your specifications,

from single part to series manufacturing. Finished products are produced

from semi-finished rubber and plastic products. For example, our

machining service includes stamping, cutting, milling, drilling, bonding,

labelling, prototyping and vulcanising.

The combination of state-of-the-art machines and technical know-how

ensures maximum efficiency and accuracy. To satisfy the requirements

of our high quality standards, we employ various measurement and test

methods, involving for example 3-D measuring systems or hardness

tests.

REIFF-PLUSWe manufacture from

semi-finished product to finished product made to order. Approximately 25 percent of all

products leave our facilities either machined or

finished.

Today more than ever before, Internet-based services offer incredible

potential in terms of process optimisation and convenience. We exploit

this potential for you with various instruments.

More than 55,000 items can be called up – fast, up-to-date and individual in

our Online-Shop. Intelligent search algorithms, item comparison functions

and a self-learning catalogue make online orders as easy as possible. On

request, we set up a purchaser cockpit with approval workflow, scanner

function or an OCI interface for direct access from within the enterprise

resource planning system. Fast orders and special orders are also possible

online.

For a smooth exchange of business documents (EDI, Electronic Data

Interchange) on request, we provide the electronic connection to your

enterprise resource planning system. We offer:

• SAP iDoc (XML-based document)

• EDIfact (international, cross-industry standard for the

format of electronic data)

• VDA (standard in the German automotive industry)

With custom electronic catalogues we ensure

maximum efficiency, low costs and high data quality

in the formats. We have established various standard

formats for the electronic interchange of product

catalogues: BMECat 1.2, XML, Access, Excel and CSV

files. Our items are classified in accordance with

eClass or UNSPSC.

We work with virtual marketplaces, such as ARIBA,

Comgroup, Heiler, HUBWOO, M-EXCHANGE,

ONVENTIS, Poet and Wallmedien – and place your

catalogues there.

such as Online-Shop, electronic catalogues or

EDI connections we ensure process-optimised

and efficient workflows.

On an area of approximately 20,000 m2 facility we

stock over 80,000 active items in small-parts, pallet or

high-bay warehousing facilities.

In our central warehouse and in the regional locations

we implement intelligent logistics concepts and modern

enterprise resource planning systems.

We guarantee a comprehensive delivery service,

through rapid despatch processing and fast delivery

using automated conveying systems, process-

optimised handling in goods receipt and goods issue

and in the picking areas. Naturally, we offer various

delivery systems, such as just-in-time, Kanban and

consignment stock.

Since 2011 we have also been present outside of Europe, in the China

growth market. Via our subsidiary in Shanghai we primarily support

our European customers on-site in China – with a comprehensive

service spectrum from field service to logistics, technical consulting,

extending to machining service.

In addition, from Shanghai we conduct our procurement activities in

all of Asia.

At home in the world's procurement markets: Through our worldwide

activities and the associated experience we bring the international

procurement markets home to our customers.

Luxembourg since 1954. The enterprise successfully

services the Belgium market with the subsidiaries,

As a well-known partner of the automotive industry, REIFF

Elastomertechnik manufactures intelligent sealing and damping

systems for electronics and sensors, as well as various moulded

elastomer parts. R.E.T. is a partner to the automotive industry certified

in accordance with ISO TS 16949.

The company, Kremer, place of business in Wächtersbach, specialises

in the areas of rubber, plastics and manufacturing technology. This

includes development, make-up and sales of rubber and plastic

products, such as sealing profiles, rubber moulded parts, O-rings and

flat seals, the majority of which are made-to-order parts.

DELTA.tec is a partner for precise machining of metal and plastic. The

subsidiary specialises in the mechanical machining of shafts and linear

bearings – from prototype construction to small series production. In

addition, DELTA.tec puts assemblies together.
