MENU-READY, SPECIALLY ENCRUSTEDRAINBOW TROUT FILLETS

RAINBOW TROUT Cooking Instructions: From Frozen*Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fillet on baking pan. Bake for 16-20 minutes.Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place fillet on baking pan. Bake for 13-16 minutes.Pan Sauté: Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place fillet skin down and sauté 4-6 minutes. Turn fillet and cook 4-6 minutes or until desired color is reached.
