Workshop order process directions

Step 1.Choose Parties tab in your back office after logging in using your 6 digit ID number and password at wildtree.com

Step 2Choose New Event

Step 3Choose Freezer Meal Workshop type. This allows you to link an order later after you collect orders at the actual workshop. Ask your leader for more info on this.

Step 4Scroll down and choose the selection on who is hosting.If you choose “Find the host” you will enter their email address in the box to the right that says search contacts. This will search your current contact database for the host. You will check the box next to their info that pops up and choose Next.

If you choose add the host it will let you key in the hosts info.If you choose I am hosting it will input your info.

Step 5If you just have a workshop order with all of the products going to one location then you will choose Place Orders. (Used in this example)If you have some orders shipping direct you will choose invite guests and add them here so they will show up later on the order screen. For more details on this you can ask your leader.

Step 6You will now be in the workshop order screen. As you see down the left side is the menu you will use to navigate to the different sections of the order. Choose the hostesses name (or whoever you are shipping the order to as that may be you) to start keying the order.

Step 7You will now key in the workshop sku (if Wildtree created bundle see below skus) or products needed to make the bundle (if Field Created bundle) and the quantity for each item in the sku and qty box and hit add. This is what it would look like if I was ordering the same bundle for 8 guests.Wildtree created sku’s (shortcut would be to type 990 in the sku box and wait for the options to load). You can find the sku numbers in the media resource center also.

Step 8The top right of the screen that says Event total is the “volume” for this order. This is what your 20% discount, commission and host credits are determined from. Remember, host credits are 15% of any commission total $500-699 and 20% for commission total of $700 or more. Don’t leave anything on the table!

Step 9Using host credits. If you scroll down you will see the Discounts and Special Offers Section. Choose Select Discount and start keying in the sku and qty (or use the magnifying glass to search by key word) of the free products for your host. You will see the total earned ($105.60 in this example) and free dollars remaining (44.10 in this example). I suggest for you to use all of them and if you go over a few dollars it will add it back into your commission total. Be sure to hit the red apply button once you are completed spending the host rewards otherwise you will not receive the items and will lose the rewards on this order. Note: after choosing apply you cannot go back in and make edits to this section without losing everything you have put in the host rewards. You would need to re-key the host credit products in this case.

Step 10Once you choose apply it will say remove items. That is correct! Double check your shipping address. If you needed 2 day shipping this is where you would choose the 2 day shipping method under “shipping method”.

Step 11Scroll down to the bottom and you will see the product total (includes all products even the free product volume), the discount (host credits used), the shipping and tax for the total due. Note: this DOES NOT include your 20% off. Do not add payment on this screen because it does not include your discount.Choose Review and Submit>>

Step 12Scroll to the bottom of the review and submit screen. This is where you see your 20% discount ($105.60 in this example) and actual balance due. Choose the Add Payment button and start adding payments one by one until you have the actual balance due to equal zero. If you collected payment via their credit card you will use their card info and if you collected money via check or paypal you will use your credit card info. Once the “Actual Balance Due” is equal to 0 this will allow you to choose the submit button

(once you have double checked everything and your order is good to go). If this is the first time submitting an order I suggest you reach out to your up line to get final review before choosing submit.

Step 13Email your guests the grocery list and prep chart and follow the steps now needed to get ready for your workshop. CONGRATS on your first order!!!
