NOTEPlace a 1 /4-inch piece of scrap next to the Legs asshown to create a 1 /4-inch offset for the Rails.Position one Top Rail flush with one end of twoLegs and attach using glue and 1 1 /4-inch pockethole screws. Position one Shelf Rail 3 inches fromthe other end of the Legs and attach using glue andpocket holes screws. Create two assemblies.

NOTECut a 3/4- x 3/4-inch notch in each corner of the Shelf.Tilt the shelf at an angle and insert it into the assembly,then tilt it back and place it on top of the Shelf Rails.Attach using glue and brads.

NOTEPosition the Top on the assembly as shown and attachusing glue and brads. Miter cut the ends of the TopTrim and Shelf Trim (make sure to test fit eachpiece). Position the Trim as shown (flush with the topedge of the Top and Shelf) and attach using glue andbrads.
