Children's are knowing to eat when they are hungry. But as they grow up and are exposed to fad diet, Many of us unlearn the beautiful balanced way of eating and begin to overeat.

Tips to loss weight, prevent overeating and

stop mindless eating

Drink a lots of water. Don't skip meals. Use smaller plate or order half of meal to go. Chew your food into consistency. Grab a piece of gum and go brush your teeth. Put a barrier between you and the food.
