the golden rule of content:
If you don’t have something
engaging to post, don’t post anything at all...
content that engages:1. Topical / Current Issues2. Something Funny3. Questions (that don’t require too much thought) 4. Incentives (like free things) 5. Babies6. Puppies
1. Schedule tweets for each individual open house or
showing ahead of time. You can also schedule listing
features in advance for the week.
2. Set up alerts to email or text you whenever someone
sends you a @reply or direct message. Be Responsive!

Facebook Ads (done right)
1. Login to the Facebook Ads creator and create an ad
2. Include your name, contact details, a picture, and a brief description
3. Make it attention grabbing and efficient
Creating a Facebook Ad
Facebook ad:
Attention grabbing.
Simple.
Target people who are based on the zip code or city that you sell in. Use other targeting options that describe your ideal clients,
such as “newlyweds.”
This allows you to narrow the focus of your ad, which increases its effectiveness!
Targeting Your Audience
You want your ad to beckon to the type of people you’re selling to. In the simplest of terms:
● If you’re selling a starter home, target newlyweds. ● If you’re selling a home with a barn and pastures, target
farmers.
You want flattering pictures and keywords.
What goes in the Ad?
Include your phone number and a call to action in the advertisement if you have set your ad up to be optimized for clicks.
In the ideal interaction, the person will see your advertisement and rather than click it - they will simply call you - meaning your conversion was free.
Bonus Tip:
You can use ads on Twitter as well
1. Login to your Twitter ads account.
2. Click the Create New Campaign button in the top right-hand corner and choose
Custom campaign from the drop-down.
3. Choose to run Keyword targeting on this campaign.
4. Enter phrases that a good lead would be looking up, such as “real estate.”
5. Choose the place where you want your viewers to be located.
