Simple Notes to Write Great
Cover Letter
Write cover letter anyway
Whether the company requires a cover letter, or they
don't mention it, you should write one.
The only case you should not if they strictly ask you
not to do it.
Don't make it too long
The most appropriate size of your cover letter would be ½ of
the page. The maximum allowed is 2/3.
Skip the long introduction and proceed
to something juicy.
Don't repeat your resume
Use your cover letter to show personality,
curiosity, and an interest in the
field you are applying to work in.
Search in web for the history of your
field or company, and sprinkle some
cool historical facts into your cover letter.
Don't address anyone
Often, you don’t know who you are addressing your
cover letter to. Avoid those common and gaudy 'Dear
Recruiter' and 'To Whom It May Concern'. If you have no
idea who you are addressing to, then don’t appeal to
anyone. Proceed to the body of your letter right away.
Write it or order it
Remember, that cover letter means a lot when it's about
getting a good job in a presentable company, and if you
are not assured of your forces you can always get this
work done with the help of reliable writing services.
GOOD LUCK
