Biography
Simphiwe plays an integral role in the Fluxmans litigation team, which enjoys a formidable reputation as one of South Africa’s leading litigation departments. A commercial litigation specialist, his expertise lies in litigating in the higher and lower courts as well as commercial arbitrations. He has significant experience in contractual disputes, MVA-related claims with aspects of insurance law, administrative law (including Public Private Partnerships), construction agreements, media law with a particular focus on matters involving defamation, aspects relating to constitutional law and family law.
