This press features state of the art automation and comes with a series of technological innovations that ensure complete discharge of the filter cakes, highest safety standards and product disposal without any user intervention Featuring the components listed below:

• Fully automatic plate transport to open the plate pack simultaneously and completely discharge the filter cakes• Optional high-pressure filter cloth washing using a robotic system which moves between the filter cloths and provides you with a complete cleaning of the whole surface of the cloth using pressure between 30 to 100 bar• Automatic cake release system adapted to the respective application• The press is fed using centrifugal pumps (single/double impeller). Frequency-controlled pump operation which depends on the mud pressure and the filtrate water amount• PLC | Programmable Logic Controller with full remote maintenance functionality, archiving the relevant process parameters• Intrusion protection using a light grid system
