Silverlake Homeowner’s

Association Annual Meeting 2013

The annual meeting of the Silverlake HOA took place on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 7 PM. Three board positions with three-year terms had expired and a call for interested members to serve on the Board of Directors was announced. Neighborhood representatives initially conducted the meeting while candidates for open positions for the Board of Directors were reviewed and votes counted.

Incumbents David Anderson, representing Neighborhood Nine and Mike Haney, representing Neighborhood Twelve were unopposed and incumbent Mark Clark representing Neighborhood Five, defeated Dinh Tran. After the impartial counting of votes by volunteers, directors present at the meeting resumed officiating at the meeting.

Annual election of board officers followed with the existing slate of officers being nominated and accepting positions for another term.

Official minutes and financial reports are posted on the Silverlake HOA website once they have been approved. The Board members appreciate attendance and participation at all meetings and events.
