Overview

myIDtravel allows Silver Airways Team Members the privilege of listing for travel on Silver Airways and other

participating airlines. Agreements with other airlines are created using industry standard pricing ZED (Zonal Employee

Discount). These discounts vary from “Low,” “Medium,” and “High.” Each team member’s cost and their eligible

dependents’ cost may vary from agreement to agreement. The pricing is seen as $, $$, $$$ when searching for flights.

myIDTravel charges a coupon fee of $2.01 per segment for all bookings. This fee is reviewed yearly by myIDTravel and is

subject to change.

All team members should now utilize myIDTravel to book all leisure travel on Silver Airways. Business travel will continue

to be booked through the pass bureau ([email protected]). Deadheading and jump seating crewmembers

in uniform will be allowed to be listed at the airport. Please note however that they must be in full uniform.

How to access

There are two methods to access myIDtravel: either via Ag365 or via a direct link.

From Ag365, once logged in, click on the myIDtravel icon as seen below on the main team member page or you may also

access the link under the Human Resources page and in the Pass Travel section.

The second method to access myIDTravel is via https://myidtravel.silverairways.com where you will be required to enter

your Ag365 credentials. Please pay close attention to the hint for login seen on the login page.

How to list travel

myIDtravel has created a basic tutorial on how to list travel. You must complete the tutorial at

https://integration.myidtravel.com/info/. Once your listing is completed, you will see the confirmation page as shown

below, and you will receive an email from myIDTravel and the carrier.

How to cancel a listing

After logging into myIDtravel, you may cancel your listing. If you require a refund you must first cancel your listing and

then follow the steps below to obtain a refund.

In the PNR Retrieval section enter the Booking Reference and the Passenger’s Last Name

Once you have retrieved the PNR click on the leg you want to cancel and select Cancel or Cancel All.

Note: here you can select to cancel just one leg of travel or the entire booking. After this your listing will be canceled and you will receive a cancellation email, sent to the email address you used when making this listing.

How to re-list an existing ticket

After logging into myIDtravel, you may re-list an existing listing.

Note: Please check the ID Agreement for the specific airline as many will not allow re-listing. You must cancel, refund

and re-list a whole new reservation.

You will need the ticket number and last name of the passenger on that ticket.

This next page will give you an overview of the passenger listed on this ticket in order to ensure that it is indeed the person that you wish to re-list for new travel.

The system will prompt you as to whether you want to re-list all flights or just one. Select as appropriate.

From here on, you would continue to list as normal, selecting your flights as required.

Towards the end of the listing process you may enter new contact information that you wish to use for the re-listing.

How to refund an existing ticket

After logging into myIDtravel, you may request a refund for your reservation by using the following methods. Note that

you must first have cancelled your listing to be able to obtain a refund!

Note: Please check the ID Agreement for the specific airline as many will only allow refunds to be issued for a certain

time period after a reservations is made.

Located your reservation by retrieving the PNR using the PNR Retrieval section.

Select Cancel All

Select OK

The subsequent screen below shows that the selected flights are in a Cancelled status.

Once cancelled, you may then select the tab for Ticket Retrieval/Refund and enter the Ticket Number and passenger’s Last Name

Refunds are usually processed within five business days. However, it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Having clicked the Next button you should then see your ticket details – as illustrated below:

Click the Refund button to request a refund and you will then be prompted to confirm that you wish to receive a refund.

Once done, the next screen will show that a refund has been requested. We recommend that you print out this page for your records.

Please note the above message completely.

ID Agreements

Each carrier has their own policy and procedure for listings made on myIDtravel. Please refer to the specific carrier’s

agreement - which can be found under the ID Agreements tab.

Select the Carrier from the drop down window.

Select Leisure as the Travel Mode. o Note: Silver Airways team members will not use myIDtravel for business travel. Email the Pass Bureau

at [email protected] for details on business travel.

Click the Next button.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is myIDTravel? A: myIDTravel is a self-service portal that allows Silver Airways Team Members and their eligible pass riders to list

travel on Silver Airways and other participating airlines with which Silver Airways has signed agreements. Q: Who do I contact if I have log-in issues? A: The login used for myIDTravel is the same one that is used for your network, email account and Ag365. If you are

unable to login, please contact the IT Help Desk by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling 954-635-4357.

Q: My pass riders listed on my account are not correct. How may I get them corrected? A: Pass riders are changed once a year during open enrollment. If you feel there is a mistake, please contact the

pass bureau via email at [email protected]. Q: May I have multiple logins to assign to my eligible pass riders? A: No. Your network login is the only account that may be used to access myIDTravel, and it is limited to the

employee user only. Q: How may I correct my contact details? A: Your contact details are taken directly from ADP. To update your information, please login to the ADP portal at

portal.adp.com. Q: May I list business travel via myIDTravel? A: All business travel must be requested via the pass bureau via [email protected]. Q: Who is eligible to travel on Silver Airways and other participating airlines? A: All enrolled pass riders are eligible to travel on Silver Airways. For all other airlines, please refer to the ID

Agreement Section in myIDTravel for that airline. Q: Who may I contact if I have an issue with my reservation? A: For issues with a reservation on Silver Airways, contact the Pass Bureau via email at

[email protected]. For reservations on other airlines, please refer to the ID Agreement Section in myIDTravel for that airline’s contact information.

Q: What forms of payment are acceptable? A: Credit and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted via the myIDTravel website. Each airline may

accept a variety of other credit cards and these are listed in the payment screen via the drop down options or under ID Agreements tab for each airline. Silver Airways only accepts credit and debit card payments. Payroll deductions are not permitted.

Q: May I check-in on silverairways.com for Silver Airways flights? A: No. You must check-in at the airport for travel on Silver Airways flights.
