Five years ago, when Certipost (acquired by Basware in 2011) found its popularity exceeding its expectations, Silvae Technologies stepped up to provide an extended team to their current team (part of our Business Software Solutions). Rather than outsourcing projects, the company decided it would be more beneficial to extend their team nearshore.

Basware Corporation is a Finnish software company that provides cloud-based purchase-to-pay and e-invoicing solutions to organizations of all sizes.

Silvae Technologies has helped Basware recruit a talented team which then received a complete training on the extensive set of tools that they needed to implement for the company’s purchase-to-pay solutions. Basware’s nearshore team is established in Ruse, Bulgaria, and is now fully integrated into their current team. Five years later and hundreds of successful projects were delivered thanks to the new extended team.

CarsOnTheWeb is a European online B2B car auction that sells second-hand cars to registered car dealers and traders. The car auction site provides professional car dealers with a straightforward and transparent way of bidding for a selection of used cars of all car makes: demonstrators, lease cars, overstocked cars, damaged cars, vans and light trucks.

As they became more successful, CarsOnTheWeb decided it was time to add some very experienced software developers to their current team to pick up the extra load. The company approached Silvae Technologies, trusting us with recruiting a team of experts for CarsOnTheWeb that could get the job done.

We managed to recruit an outstanding team of .Net developers with an average experience of +10 years! After an extensive training in Belgium, the team is currently working from Bucharest, Romania. The team consists of .Net Developers and a Team Leader who makes sure to update the client on a daily basis on the status of each project his team is working on. This has enabled them to focus on growing their business while we were taking care of finding the right team that matched their requirements.
