Our Capabilities Extrusion has been a core competency of our group for more than 30 years, and thanks to our experi-ence combined with the latest techniques in vertical extrusion and tool design, we are able to be one of the references in various markets. Molding allows many possibilities in the conception of seals and allows designers and engineers to solve all types of problems. We are able to use injection or compression molding systems in our large presses to produce seals that are up to 2,5 meters long. Composite seals are the top option for higher performance sealing systems. We are able to provide you with a combination of compounds with glass, polyester or aramid fabrics that allow us to address the aerostructure market. We also combine our wide range of qualified materials with metal or carbon fiber inserts to create some of the most intricate parts in the industry. Our Concern: The Sealing Performance of your Equipment Typically, silicone seals are used in different compartments of an aircraft: pressurized area, structural zones or critical parts. The tremendous amount of constraints created during the manufacturing process and the flight itself makes the performance of the sealing solution critical. We use 30+ years of experience in the industry and a close understanding of your challenges to create the seal that best fits your needs. Moreover, we developed innovative processes such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to anticipate seal behavior and detect potential problems before they occur. The result: a customized seal with an optimized fit for YOUR application.

We also use the resources of our R&D center to put new solutions on the market, such as a self-adhesive option available on request. We will bond any tape you want to use on our silicone seal. Our focus on silicone results in compound creations that comply with the most critical standards on the market: performance at high/low temperature, fluid resistance, tear or abrasion wear, among others.
