Silent Auction. We are grateful for your interest,

participation, and support. We are truly part of an

amazing school; with talented staff, parents, and volunteers.

This catalog is intended as a preview of items that have

been donated and received as of the posting of this

catalog. Additional items may be included in the auction. Packages may be altered slightly to allow for

these last-minute additions.

100% of the funds raised will benefit our students and

teachers at Powell Elementary School. Let’s celebrate this opportunity to make a difference in the future for

our children and for Powell.

Guidelines and Regulations The Silent Auction begins at 5:30pm and closes at 8:00pm in the Activity Room. All

persons bidding in the Silent Auction must be at least 18 years of age and provide a phone number. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask one of the auction

room volunteers.

To place a bid for an item, a bidder name (first and last name) and phone number

must be entered next to the bid offered on the bid sheet. Starting bid prices may not

be modified, crossed out, or otherwise altered. You must use your name and phone

number.

Once you have bid on an item, you cannot cross out your bid. Once you bid on an

item, you cannot change your bid or cancel it.

Your bid constitutes a contract to purchase the item(s). Payment in full is

mandatory during the auction check-out period (approximately 8:15-9:00pm). There will be no refunds or exchanges.

Bidding is legal as long as the bidding sheet remains on the table and/or next to an

item, even if the closing has been announced. DO NOT remove bidding sheets from the tables.

We have endeavored to catalog and describe the items accurately, but everything is

sold “as is”, “where is”, and may not be exchanged or returned. The Powell PTO neither warrants nor represents, and in no way, will be responsible or liable for the

correctness of the written or oral description, authenticity, authorship, or conditions

of items presented.

All sales are final. No warranty implied or otherwise, is given on any item. Please

read the limitations and specifications, if any, carefully.

We reserve the right to remove any item from the auction without notice and change

the minimum bid as deemed necessary.

Auction Checkout Procedures Bidding will close at 8:00pm for all Silent Auction items.

Checkout for the auction will begin as close to 8:15pm as possible in the Activity

Room and close at approximately 9:00pm. We will check out as efficiently as possible

so please be patient. If you cannot be present at this time, you can collect your item on Monday, April 24th from 1:00-3:00pm or 4:00-5:30 in the Activity Room.

Please check the sign by the Activity Room listing the successful bidders by name.

Powell PTO will accept cash, check, and VISA or MasterCard as forms of payment.

photographer, Tracy Robinson. She has teamed up with her friend, Jennifer West Pickard of JWP Design Studio (specializing in Business Branding), to bring

Camp Pixel to fruition. Camp Pixel Project is a 4-day instructional camp for kids combining photography & graphic design located in The Woodlands, Texas.

All campers will learn important photography principles, such as “aperture” and “ISO.” They will use their DSLR camera or iPhone to apply those principles

through various hands-on activities, games, and photo scavenger hunts. In
